One of the classiest dishes on the Italian dessert menu, The Tiramisu is definitely one of the yummiest desserts I have ever tasted. ” Soggy and spongy, sickly sweet mousse, topped with a furry layer of bitter cocoa powder“.This is indeed the perfect description for it.And the hardest part about a Tiramisu ….. is getting it right.
Headed down to the Cafe Jade(Trivandrum) with my mother for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and after a luscious 2-course meal, we decided to try their Tiramisu for dessert. Not only did have a good presentation, but the texture and the taste(of Coffee, Cocoa powder, and Cream) were brilliant.Definitely, one of the best Tiramisu I have ever had!
IF YOU ARE A DESSERT LOVER, AND IN THE MOOD FOR SOME ITALIAN,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!
