“Vaayil kappalodum” :The Paaykapal review.

Finally got a chance to try out the new authentic Kerala cuisine restaurant,The Paaykapal. Launched by entrepreneurs Abraham and Lakshmy, the restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty Kerala dishes from Vegetable stew to Kaada fry(quail) and offers both vegetarians and Non-vegetarians many options to choose from. (It also offers a range of north Indian and Chinese cuisines)

Wooden Fired Oven Pizzas at Siji’s

Ranging from the simplest Margherita(in the honour of the queen) to the meatiest of all,the beef pepperoni and cheese ,I have always been a sucker for pizzas.Be it veg or non-veg,I have always enjoyed a Good well cooked pizza. Especially a Thin crust one.(Its not too heavy,Tastes better  and makes the crust tastier too).

I have been hearing about this new place that opened up for quite a while now. A lot of people like Ashi and Rohan have been recommending this place for quite sometime now. And apparently they have the best pizzas in town.So definitely had to give it a try.

The love for JAR Desserts – Buttercup Bakehouse

Buttercup Bakehouse has been a spot in Trivandrum that I have been hearing about a lot and been wanting to try out their Jar desserts for quite sometime.

So I decided to check out the place during my post 2nd year exam holidays. I went over to the cafe with 2 of my friends Vivek and Balu. Buttercup Bakehouse is a new cafe that opened up in Sasthamangalam in Trivandrum. Its a small cozy little place which serves different varieties of pizzas, sandwiches to pies and milkshakes. But the highlight of the place is their pressed juices and Jar Desserts.
